“I’m always really aware that when patients come to see me they will be anxious and unsure about the consultation and what the outcome might be. My main aim with all my patients (and their relatives or friends) is to make them feel at ease at all stages of their treatment; from initial consultation right through to their final follow up.” – Dr Joey Lai Cheong

What to bring to an appointment?

Before a private appointment, please bring the following information:

    • Some insurance companies will not cover the cost of consultations without a referral letter.
  • A list of any treatments you have tried before.
