I wish to say ‘Thank you’ for your excellent caring manner when I visited you at your clinic. I was so worried about the millions of moles I thought I had, but they turned out to be NOT moles at all, for which I was very relieved. Whilst at the appointment you very kindly “froze” a skin tag on my back (even though it wasn’t really your job to do so) and something even a doctor in my surgery refused to do, so I wanted to tell you how grateful I am… So very many thanks once again, you are my hero. The staff on the day of my appointment were also very polite and helpful and my appointment was on time. So… well done!
